These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website bridex.us (the "Site"), operated by Bridex Technologies LLC ("Bridex," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides information about Bridex's web development, design, and IT services and products, and lets you contact us or request a quote. Any services we perform for you are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work ("Client Agreement"). If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement controls for those services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site or request services. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes, estimates, pricing, and timelines shown on the Site or provided in response to an inquiry are for informational purposes only and are not binding offers. They become binding only when set out in a signed Client Agreement. We may decline any project at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms
• Send spam, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission
• Interfere with or overload the Site's operation or other users' access

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, code, and the Bridex name and branding, are owned by Bridex or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

Portfolio items and client names shown on the Site are displayed for illustration of our work. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Your Submissions

When you send us information, such as project details or feedback, you confirm you have the right to share it. We will handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Unsolicited ideas or suggestions may be used by us without obligation to you, unless a Client Agreement or confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including client projects. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Statistics, testimonials, and results shown on the Site reflect past experience and do not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridex and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridex and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by revising the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Bridex regarding the Site.
